The last foal out of our dear Joan Rose, this very special bay mare is one of our very favorites. Her kind disposition belies her “I’m all show horse!” attitude when she is out and about. “Skye” has a home for life here at Sarde Morgans and although I enjoyed showing her and watching Anne show her, I am even more excited about the prospects of her producing my next generation of Morgans.

In training with Anne Benson Stables, she enjoyed a solid career as an amateur and ladies English Pleasure horse with great wins at the toughest shows in the northeast. She has quite a fan club and we loved her lofty, trademark trot! We’re hoping she passes this on to her foals.

Skye just produced her first foal, a beautiful bay filly by Ingate’s Eye Of The Tiger (Robert Modovi x Lady Derringer) we’ve named Sarde’s Pandemonium.

We are thrilled to announce Skye is in foal to Allyson Wandtke’s exciting World Champion CBMF Restless GCH for 2021!
