Millennium Force GCH

It was less than a year after purchasing his sire that Millennium Force appeared on our radar. An unknown that made an appearance in the Morgan Weanling Gala and then disappeared until he was four years old, he had spent time as a breeding stallion before landing at Triumph Stables once again, where he was gelded and prepared for his performance debut. At the 2013 Southern States Regional, he won the 4YO Pleasure Driving qualifier and went on to win the Junior Horse championship, then attended the Morgan Gold Cup Regional two weeks later, where he romped into the halter division earning Grand Champion Gelding honors with John Hufferd on the lead. John sent a video clip to Roxanne to show her a promising young horse on the rise that was a son of her new stallion, Minion Millennium, It didn’t take long for a deal to be struck and Force became one of Millennium’s best examples for breeders to consider his sire.

After a stopover at the Jubilee Regional for tricolors in harness again, Force headed to his first Grand National, bringing home tricolors in hand and harness before heading back with us to Anne Benson Stables for the winter.

Anne and Force have been a triumphant team ever since, dominating the pleasure driving division in open and ladies, then finally putting the work into saddle and enjoying two great seasons of exciting English Pleasure classes with Anne and then, finally, Roxanne. “May the Force be with you” has become his mantra, and he continues to put a smile on everyone’s face with every performance.

An added bonus for us has been the success of his get—Flirt Force Impression, a pleasure driving champion; Air Force, a hunter pleasure champion; Namaste, a Classic Pleasure winner; and of course the World Champion Sarde’s Soul Sister.
