• Black mare foaled April 22, 1997 ~ Died April 22, 2014

We are devastated to have lost this wonderful mare due to complications during foaling. Her beautiful son, Sarde's Swagger, lives on in her memory.

Daughters of Cedar CreekHarlequin have been producing World Champions year after year, and so when the opportunity arose at the 2011 Copper Dragon Sale to acquire one out of the great producing mare Star Lake Ellisa, there was no question who would have the final bid. Liza is a full sister to the multiple World Champion MEM Twisted Sister, who has also begun a successful producing career. She has lots of trot and is as game as they come. Her 2011 filly by Ben's Rhapsody, CBMF Music & Lyrics, is now in the broodmare band at Three Fates Farm, who also bought CBMF Fandango and went on to win a 2013 Reserve World title with Rick Gervasio.

Liza's 2013 foal was Sarde's Shinedown, an outstanding bay gelding
sired by Astronomicallee (Futurity French Command x Liberation Starbrite), who we sadly lost to colic in November 2015. Her final legacy is the beautiful bay 2014 colt, Sarde's Swagger, by Minion Millennium. We are so thankful this little guy has survived and thrived with his nursemom!
